Last night, August 13, we welcomed member-owners to our main office in Aulander for our latest forum. We were thrilled with the great attendance and appreciated everyone who took the time to join us and participate in the conversation.
We were also pleased to welcome a representative from ElecTel Federal Credit Union, who was available to speak with our member-owners and share information about the financial services and benefits they offer. As a member-owner of the cooperative, you are automatically eligible to become a member of ElecTel Federal Credit Union—another valuable benefit of your cooperative membership.
Throughout this year’s forums, we discussed the State of the Cooperative, highlighted the programs and services we offer, shared updates on our progress and explored what lies ahead. Most importantly, these gatherings gave us another valuable opportunity to engage directly with the people at the heart of our cooperative—our member-owners.
The thoughtful questions you presented showed us just how invested you are in the work of your cooperative. Your encouraging feedback also reminded us that our member-owners are proud of what we are accomplishing together. Your involvement, ideas and support help us grow stronger as we continue building a brighter future for the communities we serve.
The conversation doesn’t end with our forums! We invite every member-owner to join us virtually for our Annual Meeting & Celebration on August 22 at 9:00 a.m. This special event is an opportunity to learn more about your cooperative, celebrate our shared accomplishments and connect with us from wherever you are.
