Roanoke Cooperative continued its commitment to listening, learning, and leading with our member-owners by hosting our second Today, Tomorrow, Together forum—this time in Bertie County on Tuesday, June 10.
Building off the momentum from our successful Gates County event, this forum offered another meaningful opportunity to engage directly with our member-owners, many of whom traveled from across the region to attend. The turnout and enthusiasm in Bertie County exceeded expectations, underscoring the importance of creating space for open dialogue and collaboration.
Throughout the evening, Cooperative leadership and staff shared updates on important initiatives and projects underway, while also taking time to answer questions and hear concerns. From energy innovation to community development, the conversation reflected the deep connection our members have with the mission and direction of their cooperative.
Perhaps most meaningful were the one-on-one moments—where individual questions, ideas, and experiences were met with personalized attention and care. These exchanges help us better understand what matters most to our member-owners and inform how we move forward together.
