By tracking and managing energy use, these smart tools help lower monthly bills while ensuring comfort. They also automatically adjust energy consumption during peak demand times, which reduces costs for both member-owners and the Co-op, keeping electricity rates more affordable for everyone.

Smart Thermostats: Optimize Comfort & Savings

A smart thermostat, like an Ecobee or Nest, learns your schedule and adjusts temperatures to maximize comfort and savings. Through our Smart grid Device Program, you can enjoy:

• Annual Incentive Payments: We’re shifting from monthly credits to a single annual payment of $50.00 per participating thermostat, offering even greater rewards for your participation. 
• More Choices: Expanded options mean you can select from a variety of smart thermostat brands to find the one that suits your home best. 
• Simple Enrollment: Whether you already have a smart thermostat or are ready to purchase one, we’re here to help. For those interested, we also have a limited supply of Ecobee thermostats available for member-owners at a great offer.
